Why Face Plastic works on dry skin

In most facial massages the hands glide over oil or cream. Face Plastic deliberately does without. On dry skin the fingers grip better, the movements become more precise and can release tension in muscles and fascia in a more targeted way. The massage works in a sculpting way along the natural contours of your face – from the forehead over cheeks and jaw to the mouth area. Some movements are done from inside the mouth; we wear gloves for this.

The movements are firm and noticeable but should not hurt – we adjust the pressure with you throughout.

Face Plastic, lifting or sculptural – the difference

All three facial massages work by hand. The lifting and anti-ageing facial massage combines myofascial techniques with buccal massage and focuses on releasing tension. The sculptural facial massage works firmly and in a sculpting way. Face Plastic goes one step further: it is the most intensive and longest of our facial massages, works without oil and treats each area of the face on its own.

Who Face Plastic suits

Face Plastic is not a gentle relaxation massage – if you prefer it calmer, the lifting and anti-ageing facial massage suits you better. Face Plastic is for women who:

Acute skin inflammation or infections on the face
Open wounds or fresh scars on the face
Recent Botox or filler treatments
Pregnancy
Acute dental or jaw problems and serious orthodontic issues
Serious cardiovascular conditions

What is Face Plastic?

Face Plastic is an intensive, manual facial massage. It works on dry skin with precise, sculpting movements on the muscles and fascia of the face, partly from inside the mouth. It is a wellness treatment – not a medical one and not a procedure.

Does Face Plastic have anything to do with plastic surgery?

No. The name describes the sculpting work of the hands. Face Plastic is purely a massage – no needles, no injections and no procedure.

Is the massage painful?

Face Plastic is noticeably firmer than our other facial massages, but it should not hurt. We adjust the pressure with you throughout – just let us know at any time.

Why without oil?

On dry skin the hands grip more precisely and do not slip. This makes it possible to work on individual areas of the face in a more targeted way.

How does the face feel afterwards?

Many women describe their face right after the appointment as more relaxed and fresher, their features as more released. The skin may be slightly red for a short while. How clearly you notice this is individual.
