What Lipokiller can do for you

Lipokiller is a hemo-lymphatic drainage. “Hemo” refers to the circulation: strong strokes can stimulate it. These are combined with the gently pumping movements of lymphatic drainage. How your body feels afterwards is individual.

A few simple things before and after your appointment make your Lipokiller massage feel even more pleasant.

Before your appointment

  1. Drink enough

    Drink around 1–2 litres of water on the day of your treatment.

  2. Eat lightly

    Don’t come on a very full stomach, and avoid alcohol the day before if you can.

  3. Let us know

    Tell us in the short chat beforehand if you take medication or have recently been ill.

  1. Keep drinking

    Drinking enough water after your appointment does your body good.

  2. Compression, if you like

    If you wish, you can wear compression garments for a few hours. We are happy to talk this through with you.

  3. Take it easy

    Avoid alcohol and very strenuous exercise on the same day.

Firm and gentle: two techniques in one session

Lipokiller combines two massage techniques. First, strong, stimulating strokes work on the circulation in the tissue. These are followed by the even, pumping movements of lymphatic drainage. The result is a massage that is much more intensive than a classic lymphatic drainage. In each session, we focus on one area of the body – for example belly and back, legs or arms – so each area gets our full attention.

Planned as a series

Many women book Lipokiller as a series and treat different areas of the body one after another. Because the massage is intensive, we plan enough of a break between sessions. We discuss which areas and which rhythm suit you before your first appointment.

Before your first appointment, we talk about your wishes, your health and the area of the body we will focus on.

When we do not offer Lipokiller

Before your first appointment, we check in a short chat whether the massage suits you. We do not offer Lipokiller in these cases:

  • Heart failure or fluid retention caused by the heart

  • Thrombosis or pronounced varicose veins

  • Acute infections or fever

  • Severe liver or kidney disease

  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding

  • Cancer

What is Lipokiller?

Is the massage painful?

Lipokiller is intensive but should not hurt. We keep adjusting the pressure with you. If anything feels too strong, just say so – we will adapt the strokes straight away.

Lipokiller is a wellness massage, not a medical cellulite treatment. Many clients find their skin feels smoother and their body lighter after a series. How noticeable this is varies from woman to woman.

How do I prepare, and what should I do afterwards?

Drink plenty of water on the day of your treatment and afterwards. Plan a little rest after your appointment and, if possible, avoid alcohol that day. Comfortable clothes make the way home more pleasant.
