Gentle lymphatic drainage by hand for the whole body – for women only, in our studio in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg.
Lymphatic drainage for the legs is the main reason many clients come to us – but the session always includes the stomach, arms and upper chest as well. We work slowly over your legs, stomach, arms and upper chest with a nourishing oil. The touch stays light the whole time, so your body can fully relax.
After long days on your feet, many women say their legs feel fresher.
The slow rhythm makes it easy to let your thoughts go quiet.
A nourishing oil leaves your skin feeling smooth and soft.
The touch stays feather-light – perfect if firm massages are too much for you.
A few small things before and after help you enjoy your full-body lymphatic drainage even more.
Wear comfortable clothes and arrive a few minutes early.
Have a small snack before your appointment rather than a big meal.
Tell us about any health matters in the short chat beforehand.
It does your body good after the treatment.
A short walk or a quiet evening helps the light feeling last longer.
Some women feel a little tired afterwards. Give yourself a break.
Full-body lymphatic drainage is a special massage technique with gentle, rhythmic movements. The light, guided strokes follow the paths of the lymph – from the legs across the stomach and arms up to the upper chest. Unlike a classic massage, hardly any pressure is used: the skin is moved gently and evenly. This makes the treatment especially calm. Many women use it as a soothing time out when they feel heavy and tense after long days.
Many women describe a feeling of lightness throughout their body afterwards.

You lie comfortably in a warm, quiet room, covered with soft towels – only the area being worked on is uncovered. With a nourishing oil and slow, rhythmic movements, we work gently along your body. You do not need to do anything except lie still and breathe. You may feel a little tired after the treatment. Give yourself some quiet time afterwards and drink enough water – a short walk can also feel pleasant.
A calm evening helps the relaxed feeling last longer.

Every appointment starts with a short conversation about how you are feeling, so we can tailor the session to you.
